Using the cubes

Mouse clicking on a cube description should bring up a screen which allows a user to produce tables on screen.

Notice there is a default table showing data which appears when the session is activated.

Users may wish to change the default table.

There are two drop down boxes for this in the table: one bottom left and one top right from which the desired table may be selected.

Get used to simple selections first.

More detailed tables may be developed from the original table

The names appearing across the top of the table like 'State/Territory' area are possible ingredients to have in a table.

To include State/Territory:

  • Select State/territory
  • Select nested rows
  • Observe how the table changes
  • Notice that a new control panel has appeared near the bottom of the screen 'State/Territory'
  • Other choices may be made from here if required.

Previous tables may be returned to by using the forward and back arrows on the task bar at the top of the screen.
