Older Australia at a glance: 4th edition provides insights into the diversity of the older population of Australia, where they are living, what they are doing, how healthy they are and the services they are using. It aims to paint a meaningful picture of 'older' Australia which reflects the complexity and diversity of the older Australian population. Each topic provides succinct, up-to-date and reliable information supported by detailed figures and tables, and a comprehensive reference list.

Each edition of this publication has a similar structure, although the range of 2 to 4 page topics is broader in this edition.
