 If you’ve received an email with the error message ‘The file has not been successfully validated and has critical errors’ then logon to SHOR, go to SHS summary tab and view the error to display details.

The most common C07.004.04 error is that an ‘ongoing client’ record in this month’s collection period does not have a matching record in the previous month’s collection period.

This means additional clients have been added into SHIP for the previous month, after that month’s extract has already been run and uploaded to SHOR.

Please follow the steps below to fix the error:
