CASUAL CLIENT COLLECTION

The casual client collection operates over a two week period once per year, usually in February/March. It measures the number of persons receiving one-off assistance of less than one hour's duration from a SAAP agency, where an on-going relationship has not been established.

The first casual client collection was a special collection of the SAAP National Data Collection. After this the collection has been conducted each year.
