Welcome to the Disability Services National Minimum Data Set (DS NMDS) collection page.

From 1 January 2009, the National Disability Agreement (NDA) replaced the Commonwealth State/Territory Disability Agreement (CSTDA) for the provision of disability services in Australia. From 1 July 2009, the CSTDA NMDS is referred to as the Disability Services NMDS though there are no changes to the structure or content of the NMDS.

Data collection for the Disability Services NMDS is currently underway; there are therefore no data currently published under the Disability Services NMDS. The most recent published data are those from the 2007-08 CSTDA NMDS collection (see the CSTDA NMDS collection site).

Below are the Disability Services NMDS materials for the 2009-10 (current) collection. Note that the Privacy and Data Principles for the Disability Services NMDS collection have not changed relative to those from the CSTDA NMDS collection.
