eHealth

The AIHW is collaborating with the National e-Health Transition Authority to explore ways in which the introduction of eHealth into Australian health systems may impact on the use of health information for statistical and analytical purposes.

A series of workshops and related activities during 2008 will identify opportunities for enhancing statistics and analysis, as well as exploring hazards to continuity and quality of statistics and how those hazards may be overcome.
