Anne-Louise Ponsonby

Australia's health: vital signs vital statisticsAssociate Professor Anne-Louise Ponsonby, B Med Sci, MB BS, PhD, FAFPHM is an epidemiologist at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health, Australian National University. Recently, she has been working in the field of immuno-epidemiology with regard to the environmental determinants of immune disorders and in particular, child allergic disease and multiple sclerosis. She has also worked on sudden infant death prevention.

In addition to her work at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health, Dr Ponsonby's current activities include an Adjunct A/Prof appointment with the Menzies Centre for Population Health and Chair, Population Heath Theme, Australian National University Medical School.
