Housing assistance information is available in a variety of reports, bulletins and working papers published by the AIHW and these are listed below. In addition, the Housing Assistance Act Annual Reports and the annual
Productivity Commission Report on the provision of Government Services include both national and bilateral housing performance information.

National Housing Agreement: scoping report

In 1999, the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare undertook a scoping study for the development of the National Housing Data Agreement (NHDA) under the Commonwealth-State Housing Agreement (CSHA). This working paper details the findings of the project. Current until 30 April 2001.

Measuring outcomes for Community Managed Indigenous Housing (CMIH) assistance: report on the 1998-99 national data collection

Summarises the collection of a range of outcome measures for community managed Indigenous housing assistance in 1998-99. This report prepared by the AIHW profiles the dwellings, the people and the funding arrangements that constitute an important housing sector in this country. The report also discusses the effectiveness of public housing assistance and compares the housing outcomes of public tenants with households living in other tenures.
