Registration

To access the interactive FHBH data, please provide the details below and agree to the Terms and Conditions. These details are collected to help us understand how the data are being used, for example how often it is being used and what it is being used for. This will help us improve access to the data and ensure that the data are only used for the benefit of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. All details will be kept confidential. The details will be collated by the AIHW and provided to the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) and Healthabitat Pty Ltd.

FHBH TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree that I will not use the data for any purpose other than that related to improving the living conditions of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people anywhere in Australia or the Torres Strait islands.

I agree that citation of the data, or any part thereof, in any work/publication undertaken by me will carry recognition of the provider of the data, Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, and the date the data was published.

I agree that I will not seek to identify and/or nominate in any of my work/publication the communities, houses or householders from the data. (The data has been deliberately coded to avoid such a breach of privacy.)

I understand that I may provide my name, email address, job title and organisation name. I agree to provide details of my state and my reason for seeking the data. The purpose of collecting this information is to gain an understanding of how the data are being used and to ensure that the data are only used to benefit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. All data will be kept confidential. I give permission for these details to be collated by the AIHW and provided to FaHCSIA and Healthabitat Pty Ltd.
