SAAP High and complex needs census- The high and complex needs census is running from Monday 16 to Sunday 22 June 2008 and involves clients from all Supported Accommodation Assistance Program (SAAP) agencies, nation-wide. The census aims to gain a greater understanding of the extent, level and indicators of the complexity of the needs of clients in SAAP services.
