The Finance and Commercial Services Unit provides services that support the Institute's financial and business operations.
The key responsibilities of the Unit are advising on strategies and policies for the optimal use of the Institute's financial resources to achieve its business objectives; financial processing, reporting and management accounting; developing and maintaining management information systems; providing services that support the development of the Institute's business, including pricing, contract advice and business analysis; payroll; preparing regular financial reports for the Executive and the Board.
