The People and Facilities Unit is responsible for delivering a range of strategic and operational Human Resource Management and Facility Services to AIHW Staff. HR services include recruitment, payroll, conditions of service policy and advice, learning and development; workforce planning and performance management support. The Unit is also responsible for managing, maintaining and enhancing the AIHW environment including people and building safety, facilities management and accommodation planning. The Unit also provides the secretariat to a number of committees and working parties including the Consultative Committee, Learning & Development Advisory Committee and Occupational Health & Safety Committee.
