The Tobacco, Alcohol and other Drugs Units main areas of work relate to management of tobacco, alcohol and illicit drug statistics, specifically the National Drug Strategy Household Survey (NDSHS), the Tobacco, Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Services National Minimum Data Set (AODTS-NMDS), and the National Opioid Pharmacotherapy Statistics Annual Data (NOPSAD) collection.
