 If you find yourself locked out of SHOR please try the following before contacting the AIHW Hotline:

  1. Check web address is correct (https://validatashsp.aihw.gov.au)
  2. Check your user name is correct
  3. Wait 15 minutes and then try to logon again
  4. Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password to a new password 
  5. Ask your organisation’s SHOR Administrator to reset your password
