Commonwealth/State disability agreement, National Minimum Data Set, report on the 1994 full-scale pilot test

This report follows on from the AIHW's 1994 Welfare Working Paper - the Commonwealth/State Disability Agreement National Minimum Data Set: progress report on development. It describes the development, the collection phase and the results of the second pilot test, which represents the first full-scale national collection of data relating to disability support services.
