Hospital Utilisation and Costs Study 1991-92 Volume 2 provides information on the age, sex and diagnosis of admitted patients in Australian public and private hospitals and the services provided to these patients. This report updates and extends the data presented in previous reports of the Hospital Utilisation and Costs Studies and, for the first time, presents hospital morbidity data on principal procedure by age, sex and hospital sector.
