Provides health system cost estimate for specific types of injury, specific external causes of injury including poisoning, and individual musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis. Estimates of the associated numbers of hospital admissions, bed days, non-inpatient services, medical services, drug prescriptions and nursing home residents for 1993-94 accompany this data.
