The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Performance Framework (HPF) isdesigned to provide the basis to monitor the impact of the National Strategic Framework forAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (NSFATSH) and inform policy analyses,planning and program implementation.
