In 2007-08, states and territories provided assistance in the form of bond loans, rental grants/subsidies, relocation expenses and other one-off grants to about 120,000 households. Under the 2003 Commonwealth State Housing Agreement (CSHA), the private rent assistance national data report presents summary information and performance indicators on households receiving private rent assistance as required under the CSHA national performance reporting framework.
