1. Chapter 2 - 20050121 Update: (181K XLS tables)
20051216: Tables 11.1 to 11.18 and Tables S11.1 to S11.46 have been updated using 2002-03 cost weights. These tables are therefore different to those presented in the PDF version as 2002-03 cost weights were not available at the time of printing so 2001-02 cost weights were used.
