Many community service agencies deliver multiple programs and are funded through a variety of sources including local, state/territory and Australian governments, public fundraising and corporate philanthropy. There is considerable anecdotal evidence that these services, which deliver complex/whole-of-person services, have an increased administrative and reporting burden placed on them, as they are required to collect and report on the same or similar data multiple times.
