National health labour force series no. 21

This report presents findings from the first Occupational Therapy Labour Force Survey, conducted by the AIHW in late 1998 and early 1999. The information from the survey presents a detailed picture of registered occupational therapists in the States and Territories surveyed, including some of their demographic and employment characteristics. The report also includes data on education and migration within the field. To complement the survey findings, the report draws on additional data from the ABS census and the 1995 ABS National Health Survey.
