Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care maintains a knowledge portal with links to literature resources and literature search aids, clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice information, and a range of health care resources for practitioners and the interested public. An alphabetical listing of the resources available through the knowledge portal is also provided.
USA Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality
- The Patient Safety Network (AHRQ PSnet) is a continuously updated and annotated collection of patient safety news, literature, tools, and resources.
- The AHRQ PSnet Classics is a collection of the most influential, frequently cited articles and books and resources in patient safety including journal articles, newspaper/magazine articles, audiovisual resources and proceedings of meetings and conferences. This resource is updated weekly.
Medical Journal of Australia Supplement
The safety and quality of health care: where are we now?. This supplement appeared in the Medical Journal of Australia in May 2006. It contains articles reflecting on the history and future directions of health care quality and safety in Australia.
British Medical Journal theme issue on medical error
