These SHOR commonly asked questions are divided by category to help you find the answers you’re looking for, to assist staff in SHS agencies in accessing SHOR and uploading data for the SHS collection.

- Log in to SHOR (https://validatashsp.aihw.gov.au)
- Select the role of the agency that you want to check results for
- Go to the SHS Summary tab
- Click on the name of the month you want to view – the status of the file will be 'Failed'
- Click on the word Failed
- Select the Support Period tab – the list of affected clients’ alpha codes and support period start dates will be displayed here
- Click on the + sign beside the Support Period ID, then click on More details link – this will offer further explanation of the error.
NOTE: Individual client records usually do not have to be changed, and the most common error is fixed by re-running and re-submitting extracts from the previous month. See I’ve received error message C07.004.04 in SHOR. What do I do? for more information.
I’ve received error message C07.004.04 in SHOR. What do I do?
If your submission has failed with the error code C07.004.04, this means that additional clients have been added into SHIP with support period dates in the previous month(s), after that month's extract has already been run and uploaded to SHOR. Generally, you do not have to modify individual client records – just re-run and re-submit extracts from the previous month(s).
To fix this error:
- Log in to SHOR (https://validatashsp.aihw.gov.au)
- Select the role of the agency that you want to check the errors for
- Go to the SHS Summary tab and view the details of the error
- Note the Episode Start Date to see which months have been affected
- Open SHIP and go to Reports – SHS – Submission log
- Withdraw the extract for the previous collection month(s) in SHIP (see How do I withdraw an extract in SHIP?)
- Re-validate the previous collection month(s) in SHIP
- Re-extract the previous collection month(s) in SHIP
- Re-upload the previous month's extract to SHOR
- Check that the extract is Valid on SHOR
- Re-upload the current month's extract to SHOR
