The State and Territory GRIM books contain State and Territory (and national) mortality data, indexed by year of death, State/Territory of usual residence, age and sex for specific causes of death or combinations of causes of death (according to ICD- 10). They have been set up to enable deaths data to be analysed over the period 1968-2010. However, data for all years and every cause of death may not always be available and thus, the starting year for each cause of death varies.
