ICF Australian User Guide
The Institute as the Australian Collaborating Centre for the ICF, released the ICF Australian User Guide Version 1.0 in October 2003.

An authoritative volume with glossary definitions and the full list of codes including all levels and details of the Australian and International Standard Classification.

The pocket sized version contains 2 level codes (max. 99 per list).

Data development
The ICF has been used as the basis for disability data items in Australian national data standards. The functioning and disability data set specification can be accessed on METeOR.
The AIHW is advised on its disability work by the Advisory Committee on Functioning and Disability Data (ACFADD).
