If you’re having difficulty uploading an extract to SHOR, please try the following before contacting the AIHW Hotline:
- Logon to SHOR
- Click on Upload Extract in the main menu
- Browse for the file that you want to upload—this will come from SHIP or your own client management system, and you will have stored the file in your computer‘s hard drive.
- Once you have found the saved file, double click on the file and it will drop it into the box next to the browse key.
- Click the UPLOAD button
- You will see the message ‘Upload extract: Your file has been uploaded’ when your file has been securely uploaded. You then have the option to upload another file.
Tip: At this point in time, your file is going through 'pre-validation'. This is a very basic check to ensure that you are submitting a data file.
If the pre-validation finds a problem, you will see a message on the screen and receive an automatic email. If the upload has been successful, the file will then go through validation.
