1.13 Community functioning

This measure reports on a selection of factors to describe community functioning for Indigenous Australians.

Why is it important?

For Indigenous Australians, community functioning is the ability and freedom of community members and communities to determine the context of their lives and translate capability into action (AHMAC 2017).
