Labour and birth

These variables may include state/territory, maternal age, Indigenous status, parity, maternal country of birth, hospital sector, remoteness, SEIFA, smoking status, BMI and previous caesarean section. Some reports also include disaggregations by data items from the labour and birth period e.g. method of birth by onset of labour. The commentary in each report provides a list of the available disaggregations.

The commentary in each report provides a list of the available disaggregations.
