Individuals working within Primary Health Networks, Local Hospital Networks and jurisdictional health departments, who have a Licence Agreement with the Department of Health and Aged Care, are eligible to become a licensed user. If you are employed by one of these organisations and would like to check whether the organisation has a Licence Agreement in place, please email your query to [email protected]
New users can register their interest in the NMHSPF training program by filling out the Request access form. We will assess your eligibility and be in touch with you shortly. Current licensed users should contact [email protected] if they would like access to the training program.
We strongly encourage new users to complete the training within a 3-month timeframe. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are not able to finish within this timeframe. This time limit does not apply to existing licensed users.

If you are a licensed user, your AIHW account credentials can now be used to access the NMHSPF-PST as well as the AIHW analyst portal site for NMHSPF users. Usernames should follow the format of [firstname].[surname]@users.aihw.gov.au or PHN[#].[firstname].[surname]@users.aihw.gov.au for some Primary Health Network (PHN) representatives who have access to multiple AIHW analyst portal websites. If you are unable to remember your username, please contact [email protected].
Users can reset their own password via the forgotten my password link when logging into the AIHW website or NMHSPF-PST.
The AIHW uses an authenticator for user accounts to maximise security. The Microsoft Authenticator is the default application, however other authenticator apps can be used if preferred.
Users who have previously set up their account and are unable to see their AIHW account listed in the authenticator app or users who have not set up their account and are not prompted to set up an authenticator will need to contact [email protected] for assistance.
