Amendments
2 September 2024 – In Data tables: Transitions to residential aged care after hospital for people living with dementia, the supplementary table S1.1: Usual residence or mortality up to 12-month after first hospitalisation for people living with dementia and people without dementia, has been amended. The total numbers and percentages for people in residential aged care, and those who died 7-days and 3-months after hospitalisation were incorrect, but have now been summed correctly.
