The 1999 CSHA aims to facilitate access to affordable, appropriate and secure housing for people on low incomes and people with special needs. Under this CSHA a new national performance indicator framework was developed. This document reports on the summary and performance indicator data collected for reporting against the CSHA national performance indicator framework.
