First and third paragraphs: The first paragraph contains incorrect data and the discussion amended to discuss the size of the overall disability services workers and aged and/or disabled care workers group. The third paragraph has had the sentence “Teachers of the sight impaired were the smallest proportion (0.6%)” included.
