Amendments

20 November 2025 – The title of Supplementary Table 3.1 was corrected to clarify that the odds ratios refer to 2019–20 only, not 2013–14 to 2019–20. This was a text correction; data and analysis remain unchanged.

A cross-reference text was corrected to direct readers to the correct supplementary table; data and findings are unchanged.
