Health system spending on the response to COVID-19 in Australia 2019–20 to 2022–23

In this section, total health spending of $55.9 billion on the response to COVID-19 for 2019–20 to 2022–23 is allocated across the broad areas of spending as per the Australian National Health Account categories, which are: primary health care, hospitals, referred medical services and other services.
