Health service use for patients with traumatic brain injury

In this section we look at the following types of health care service use and outcomes data pertaining to the two-years prior and two years following the initial TBI hospitalisation:

• ED presentations
• hospitalisation admissions (other than the initial TBI admission)
• MBS services
• prescription medications dispensed
• deaths.
