- Senior leadership roles include the APS employment levels Executive Level 1 and higher in public sector organisations. These roles can be mapped to the classification of a manager used in Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) reporting on workforce composition. Gender composition of the CEO or Agency Head has not been included in the available data.
- The definition of employer used by WGEA is broader than the APSC. WGEA reporting includes employers with 100 or more employees in Corporate and Non-corporate entities as well as Commonwealth companies.
