Denominator	Number of active NDIS participants as at 30 June of the relevant financial year.
Computation description	Number of complaints related to abuse and neglect, divided by the number of active NDIS participants. The proportion is expressed as a rate per 1,000 participants.
Computation	1,000 x (Numerator ÷ Denominator)
Notes	Abuse and neglect include financial abuse, and relate to allegations of abuse and neglect. One complaint instance may correspond to allegations of abuse/neglect involving multiple or no participants. As some numbers are extremely small, values that are less than 5 have been suppressed at the request of the data provider.
