Data release schedule

To know if life is improving for people with disability under Australia’s Disability Strategy, it is important to keep track of what has changed for people with disability over time.

To do this, data are collected from a range of different sources including surveys (such as those run by the Australian Bureau of Statistics) and information collected as part of service provision (such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme). As new data become available, they are added to these webpages.

After each year of the Strategy a report is also released under publications. These reports provide more information about what changed during that year.
