Employers – employed people aged 18 and over who have been involved in hiring employees (including writing job descriptions, looking at resumes, interviewing people, and having a say in who was hired) in the past 12 months. |

Number of positive responses from employers to a series of questions about employing people with disability.2 |

Number of valid responses from employers to a series of questions about employing people with disability.2 |
Computation description |
For each employer respondent, the number of positive responses about employing people with disability is divided by the number of valid responses to these questions. The resulting proportion is then weighted and averaged across all employers. Expressed as a weighted average percentage of positive responses. |
