Rates are calculated per 100,000 persons aged 10 years and over for the same reference period. The number of offenders of FDV-related breach of violence and non-violence orders is a count of all persons who were proceeded against at least once for this offence when the action was flagged as FDV-related by police or identified as occurring within a specified family or domestic relationship during the reference period. |
