Around 10,500 full-time equivalent staff were employed at 30 June 2025, an increase from 8,000 at 30 June 2019

Around 517,000 clients were cared for in 2024–25, an increase from 498,000 in 2018–19

Around 4.0 million episodes of care were provided in 2024–25, an increase from 3.7 million in 2018–19

At June 2025, 69% of (about 166,000) First Nations regular clients aged 18+ had their BMI calculated in the last 2 years
