Year 12 completion

What is being tracked?

Measure: Proportion of people with disability who completed Year 12 (or equivalent)

The Strategy would like to see the following tracked – proportion of students with disability who complete Year 12 (or equivalent). Available data do not currently allow this.

This measure is part of the Participation in school education priority of the Strategy. This priority is about supporting students with disability to finish high school.

The desired outcome is that more students with disability finish Year 12.

From July 2024, data about Autistic people with disability have been added to this page (see Population groups – Disability group). This is to help track outcomes under the new National Autism Strategy.
