The number of people with disability who do not need any assistance or do not need any more assistance with activities, divided by the number of people with disability living in households.

Expressed as a percentage.

Notes
  1. People who have their needs fully met are those who do not need any assistance or do not need any more assistance with activities. People who do not have their needs fully met are those who need more assistance with at least one activity, regardless of whether any assistance is currently received. People who responded 'other (too young, activity not undertaken or not assessed)' and 'do not know if need more assistance with activities due to disability or old age' were excluded.
