Measure 3.2: Increased understanding in the primary care workforce on ways to reduce the risk and delay the onset of dementia

The primary care workforce, including general practitioners (GPs), specialists and community nurses are often the first point of contact for health enquiries and information. It is important to measure changes in understanding of dementia risk reduction strategies, to know whether more training is required, and how well-placed this workforce is to assist people at risk of dementia.

There are no data currently available to track this measure of progress and data development is needed.
