Online mental health resources and support

For National ReachOut and Medicare Mental Health, activity is reported as a daily average (referred to as website users per day) over each time period, such as week or quarter.

For Jurisdictions, ReachOut and Medicare Mental Health weekly website visits represents the total weekly volume for website activity. Disaggregation by jurisdiction is based on website visits.

The average rate of website users nationally per 100,000 population in the December quarter 2025 (Q4) compared to the same quarter in 2024 was:

  • 25% lower for ReachOut
  • 65% higher for Medicare Mental Health.
