Meeting dates and submission deadlines

All new project and amendment applications must be submitted to the Ethics Committee Secretariat via EthOS by the submission deadline (6 weeks prior to the meeting date) as listed in the table below.

It is advised that you prepare your application (including supporting documents) early to allow sufficient time for review and feedback.

Please note, meeting the submission deadline does not guarantee your application will be considered at the associated meeting date. All applications are subject to comprehensive review by the Ethics Committee Secretariat prior to submission to the Ethics Committee.
