These are the Sax Institute’s costs for the setup of the project environment within SURE, correct as of March 2022 and subject to change. The components of this setup include:
- Assigning resources for virtual machines to conduct the analysis, including access to software
- Preparation of data storage area specific to this research group
- User training
- Archiving of code and data (optional)

In general we suggest that the standard level machine will be sufficient for most research purposes using DOMINO data set. If needed, the machine can be upgraded to meet the researcher’s requirements. The breakdown of these machines are:

Archiving option
The Sax Institute also offers the option to archive and storage the contents of the researcher’s SURE project for up to 10 years. The current fee is $500 for 10 years of archiving.
