Client management systems (CMS) undergo an approval process before data is accepted for submission by AIHW. While each approved CMS complies with and is able to supply Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) collection data, each system is unique in its design and functionality.
All CMS currently approved by the AIHW for the SHS collection, and the developer/provider of each system, can be found in the table below. If you would like further information regarding any of the approved systems please contact the relevant CMS developer/provider.
If you’re developing or using your own CMS, or require more information regarding the certification process, please email [email protected] for specifications for collecting and sending data for the SHS collection.
