Data scope This dataset presents comprehensive insights into the demographics, employment characteristics, primary work locations, and work activities of professionals who renewed their registration through the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme (NRAS). It represents the initial release of data under this system for selected professions. The dataset combines registration data—including demographic information—provided by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with workforce data collected through a profession-specific survey. Although the survey instrument has undergone notable changes from previous versions, it now provides a consistent and standardised approach across all regions nationally. |
